In June, the Church of Scientology subpoenaed AT&T Corp., invoking the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to demand that it reveal the identity of a WorldNet subscriber who was posting excerpts from "Introduction to Scientology Ethics" on alt.religion.scientology under the pseudonym "Safe." Faced with the law, AT&T quickly ponied up the user information, an act that Steele says "the fourth amendment protects against -- it's a misuse of the civil justice system for ompanies to be [defeating] anonymous speech."

From the regular demos in front of the church's Yonge Street offices to the photographing of church members and posting of their mugs on the Internet, Hagglund has been relentless in his attempts to expose the "truth" about the curious practice of Scientology. Behind the scenes, he's been trying to put the kibosh on the church's controversial efforts to win charitable status.

Probe opens in disappearance of papers in Scientology case

The dossiers, which disappeared in 1998 from the Justice Ministry, were part of a case opened in 1990 against 16 regional Scientology leaders for alleged fraud, illegal practice of medicine and premeditated violence.

The case stemmed from a complaint by a former Scientologist, Juan Esteban Cordero, who accused the Church of Scientology of "progressive mental conditioning" that led him to spend more than $177,000 on Scientology-related courses.

IT'S the belief system which actor Tom Cruise says has changed his life and made him a better man.

But the controversial Church of Scientology was criticised last week after claims it was preying on people caught up in the London bombings.

Packs of yellow-shirted believers arrived at the scenes of carnage, offering "spiritual healing" to distraught relatives - and #3 booklets titled How To Improve Conditions In Life.

And yesterday 200 "volunteer ministers" were sent out across the capital to talk to people after the latest alerts.

Scientology Death Ship Destroying Tropical Island

Scientology at Sea: Cult Cruise Ship Waste Endangers Tropical Isle Quote:

Freewinds Attacks Bonaire Again

Our last film on the Freewind was 2 years ago May 2007. After the Freewinds being in the spotlight concerning asbestos pollution, here they are again docking on our island of Bonaire.

Understand, we have nothing against the Scientology but they promised us not to dock at our island and dump their wastewater on our land.

Bonaire has its own problems and has no means of receiving wastewater from the outside.

This film will show you that their waste is toxic and is polluting our nature and killing our reefs, polluting our groundwater and killing our island. End of Quote

Scientologists Exposed to Blue Asbestos on Cruise Ship

It's becoming old news, but the people who were exposed to Scientology's death ship will be suffering for decades to come. The Asbestos web site has clocked in on the story which can be read at Scientologists Exposed to Blue Asbestos on Cruise Ship

Of particular interest is the continuing reports of how so many victims of the Scientology crime syndicate knew about this asbestos and yet the Scientology ringleaders did not care that they were killing people:

The disturbing aspect to this mess is it sounds like some within the scientology community have known about the asbestos risks for 21 years. Lawrence Woodcraft, a former Scientologist and architect, claims that he encountered blue asbestos while working on the ship in 1987—according to a affidavit filed in 2001.

Members of the Usenet news group alt.religion.scientology have been informing law enforcement and health officials about this latest deadly Scientology crime since at least 1993 -- all to no avail; United States authorities continue to do their jobs of protecting citizens from the criminal predations of this organized criminal enterprise.

Scientology luxury cruise ship remains locked down; Cult put thousands at high cancer risk

Scientology luxury cruise ship remains locked down; Cult put thousands at high cancer risk

Good grief. Check out this report about Scientology's Deathwinds asbestos ship, still locked down but apparently the Scientology crime syndicate is forcing some of their customers to try to clean it up -- despite not being qualifiued and despite the massive health risk involved.

Here's a frightening extract:

Experts advise that decontaminating the ship would cost millions of dollars and may not even be possible. Meanwhile, the cult continues to solicit funds for cruises that will not happen.

So we have insane criminals ordering some of its dumber customers to expose themselves to a deadly toxic material so that the cxrime syndicate can continbue to use the ship to rook and swindle the rubes out of whatever money they can scrape up. Amazing.

What's also bad is that these insane criminals are dumping the deadly materials on hapless victims in the surrounding community. Here's an extract:

They are bringing the blue asbestos by the truckload to dump at the island's Selikor landfill site at Malpais.

Scientology crime bosses don't care one bit for the health and safety of anyone, not their customers, not their own fellow crime bosses, not the communities that they invade and inflict themselves upon. Everyone can just die so long as Scientology is concerned, so long as the crime syndicate can rook, swindle, and defraud people out of their money.

The article referenced above is a must read for anyone who has been following this on-going Scientology crime.

Detailed Indymedia Coverage of Deathwinds

The URL offered here gives a wonderfully detailed description of what is currently happening with Scientology's ship. As mainstream media refuses to cover this astoundingly important story, it's great seeing Indy people taking the time and effort to spread awareness about this crime.

Scientology Crimebosses Spin Deathship Impounding

This was posted to the alt.religion.scientology newsgroup. The Scientology crime syndicate is trying to spin the impounding and quarintine of their deathship by telling their remaining customers that they willingly had their ship taken for referbishment.

See, it wasn't because these insane criminals kill people, knowingly subjecting them to cancer, it's because they're referbishing the deathship in order to give the remaining marks, rubes, and suckers a better deathship to get swindled and rooked on.

I have received a Freewinds magazine.

"Preparation of the Freewinds for the future - and your eternal future" Everything began with over 280 shipbuilding experts out of the USA, Poland, Finland, Nicaragua, the Philippines and Litauen.

(My notes-All those people that probably can't speak English, and don't have enough computer experience to read the Internet, and after the work is finished can be offloaded back to their own lands with their cancer etc)

There are pictures in this magazine; All the main rooms have been stripped of their floor (deck) tiles, walls, and in some cases the overhead decks. There are the normal pictures of the winning students, learning to read Miscavige's "basic" books, that haven’t heard about the asbestos danger on the Freewinds, while nobody told them.

But also as the Mechanics (The two motors and four generators are also being upgraded) giving a new dimension, which will create a new journey into a totally new dimension. When you’re on the open sea, you will find a OT-Environment, which can only be written as the Freewinds-Experience. And everybody who books a journey will enter a completely new world. (My notes - Bring your own oxygen masks and decontamination suits)

(For those that have already have cancer). Now is the right point in time to join the Freewinds. In the earlier seventies LRH established (from his auditing and contacts with alien commanders) that the planet had only a few years to survive. (The Zionists also believe that the world will end in 2000, and only they will be saved?) It doesn't matter what "you" want to do, it hangs from your eternal future (or otherwise on how much money you can donate to us).

LRH wrote "To bring People on and through these OT-steps is the only and most charitable chance we have to save our universe." (to save our universe from such perversions or squirrel activities as God, self-determination, spiritual knowledge, respect for people that are not Scientologists)
